Inspired by a lifetime on the water, Son of a Sailor’s Seafood is built on the legacy of my dad, who served as a merchant marine in the Puget Sound for 35 years. His stories, his grit, and his love for honest, hearty food shaped the recipes we make today—dishes created for a sailor, by a sailor.
We take pride in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to honor the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. Every plate carries the spirit of the region—its rugged coastlines, thriving fisheries, and deep maritime culture. Blended with the influence of my time living on Oahu, our food reflects a fusion of Northwest tradition and island warmth.
